For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. IP addresses are viewable only on our Forums and Chat Room areas. IP address information is not shared with other organizations for any purpose, and will only be disclosed when administrators of this website legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Web site and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Web site.
With respect to cookies: Cookies are only used on the Message Forum areas of our Websites.
We do not send emails to visitors of our websites unless an email is initiated by the visitor, directly to a company representative. No unsolicited emails are sent by the company. If you choose to register with our Message Forum, you may receive Private Messages from other Forum members. If you wish to cancel your membership on our Message Forums, please send an email to the above address, with “cancel forum membership” in the subject line. Please include your user name, password, email address, and Forum Site in your email. Prior to cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent to verify your cancellation request.
We do not share email addresses with any third parties..
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, and communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries).
Consumers can access this information by e-mail us at the above address.
Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, transaction information.
Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail at the above address, or calling us at the above telephone number.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Our Prepaid Accounts
While we take every step possible to ensure the security of your billing information, you may choose to establish a “Prepaid Account” if you wish. To establish a prepaid account, please contact ally@voxerotic.com. I will work directly with you to make deposits into your account, so that you do not have to provide your billing information to any of our operators or dispatchers, if you prefer not to. Before making this decision, please read about our Privacy and Security policies below.
Privacy and Security
Our billing procedures and data handling processes are PCI Compliant. What this means for you, is: we have designed our processes to comply with the Payment Card Industry’s stringent standards for secure credit card processing, which are designed to minimize theft and instances of security compromise. We have benefitted from extensive consultations with security professionals to make our processes as secure as they can possibly be.
In addition, in 2005, we assumed the expense of changing our call distribution system to limit, as much as possible, the number of individuals within the company who have access to your billing information. Even as owner of the company, I cannot see your full billing information once it’s entered into our system – all information is encrypted and unviewable by anyone, from the dispatchers to me, the Company Owner.
Who Sees Your Info?
The exception to this is: the ladies who joined us prior to 2005 still process their own billing, while following the PCI standards. Trish, Ashley, Dallas, Lilah, Hannah, Tia, Carmen, Grace, Cassandra and Cecilia all process your billing information themselves prior to your call.
However, if you have called our service before, and then call one of these ladies for a subsequent call to the service, the Veteran Mistress will process the transaction without being able to see the original billing information. The only time your billing information is viewed is the first time you provide it to us. After that, it’s encrypted and unviewable.
Also, if you would prefer not to provide your information directly to any of these Mistresses, you can always call into our dispatch system to be connected to them.
Anonymity and Discretion – On Our Part, And Yours
In general, when you call, your information is processed by our Dispatchers, who are highly trained in secure handling of credit card data, and are familiar with our privacy policies. You may opt to request not to have your name passed along to the Mistress with whom you’re going to do your call – this is your right, and we do not mind working with you to protect your privacy in whatever way makes you comfortable.
We will only provide information about your calls to YOU. If another party calls to inquire about a transaction on a credit card statement, and the party is obviously not the person who made the call, the caller is advised that our privacy policy does not allow us to provide this information to anyone except for the original customer. If there are people in your life from whom you’d like to keep your use of the service private, please do yourself a favor and make wise choices when it comes to selecting a billing method.
We appreciate your own discretion, and your cooperation in not using a credit card that is shared with another person who may see the transaction on your statement and want to know what the transaction is, and who “LDW Group” is and what we do. While we do not necessarily advocate “secrecy”, we understand that there are times and circumstances in which you must maintain discretion in your activities.
If you are in this situation, there are ways to do this on your own, such as the use of gift cards or mailed prepayments for calls. Please do not use a credit card that is shared with family members from whom you prefer to keep your use of the service private.
